For the further expansion of the Global Segment "PreFab", we are looking for a 

• Segment Strategy - Further development of the global vision, strategy, business plan and solutions roadmap for the customer segment PreFab
• Work with each region to develop and deliver on their local business plan, based on the strategy
• Market Intelligence Analysis - Identifying market/sales potential, market requirements and customer needs by market & competitive analysis in different countries in all key sectors 
• Developing the customer segment by optimization and redesign of the solutions portfolio including accessories and services as well as business models in alignment with Product Management, R&D and Sales & Service
• Acquisition and coordination of key accounts in conjunction with local ARDEX business units, including international partnerships and tender specifications.
• Networking with responsible stakeholders in regions, customers, distributors, key opinion leaders, manufacturers and others
• Leading interdisciplinary Team Members in different countries
• Responsible for the strategic direction of the department
• You are located in Germany or UK

Qualification, Required Skills and Experience

• Preferably master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering or degree in economics or MBA holder or other relevant field
• Strong Business Manager, with a proven record in developing and expanding segments and businesses
• High level of Project Management skills and capable of developing and implementing a board level strategic business plan for the PreFab sector on a global and regional basis
• Expert in the global construction industry
• Good knowledge in the area of construction in relation to applications of building products in various markets and/or from the area of PreFab
• Team Leader and willing to coordinate and motivate a team of experts on a global and regional basis
• Customer focused with good presentation skills and willing to travel internationally
• Strong project and commercial management controlling skills, experienced in leading interdisciplinary project teams
• Preferably significant experience (minimum of 5 years) of working in the PreFab sector and with PreFab customers or similar segments in the construction industry
• Knowledge of different segments in the construction industry in different regions in the world – Market Need understanding - Market Segment Leader
• Strong Project and Commercial Management leadership skills and good negotiation, communication and presentation skills
• Pioneering mindset, motivator for change management and strong networker
• As this is a global role, international travel may be required as well as strong English Language skills
