Global PreFab R&D Manager
- Gather, prioritize and coordinate global R&D and technical requests in the area of PreFab (products and services).
- Coordinate execution of R&D and technical projects with local and global R&D laboratories and global technical service departments.
- Monitor global technology trends in PreFab and develope approaches and solutions.
- Host a R&D and technical orientated network within the industrie.
Profile and Experience
- University degree (preferably doctorate) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Civil/Structural Engineering, Mineralogy or other relevant field.
- Preferably significant working experience and teamlead position in R&D/technical within Building Chemistry Industry, preferably with an industrial/PreFab focus.
- Willing to travel internationally.
- Strong intercultural skills, preferably proven through semesters or working experience abroad.
- Englisch: Business fluent, German: Business fluent.
